Pinewood Derby
Saturday, April 5
Preliminary weigh-in and inspections are on Friday, April 4, from 5:30-7:00 PM.
The official scale and measurement box is also at teh church on the Welcome Center counter. You may go by the church and weigh your car if you need to verify the 5 oz and under requirement.
On race day, each Scout will race against other Scouts in his Den. This is a "Partial Perfect" format with double elimination. You must weigh in and pass inspection at least 30 minutes before you race on Saturday. Rules are strictly enforced!
There will be a floating pizza lunch from 11 AM-1 PM for Scouts and family members.
All Scouts and leaders are required to wear uniforms for Derby races!
